서비스 이용약관 (Terms of Service)

1. 목적 (Purpose)

본 약관은 아웃컴 주식회사(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Outcome 및 관련 웹 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Outcome product and related web services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Outcome Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), and set forth the rights and obligations between the Company and users of the Service.

2. 약관의 효력 및 변경 (Effect and Changes)

  1. 본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
  2. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 사전에 공지합니다.

These Terms become effective when posted within the Service or otherwise made available to you. The Company may modify these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law and will provide prior notice of material changes.

3. 계정 및 자격 (Account and Eligibility)

  1. 서비스는 원칙적으로 사업자 및 전문 이용자(B2B)를 대상으로 제공됩니다.
  2. 이용자는 회원가입 또는 OAuth를 통한 계정 연동 시 정확하고 최신의 정보를 제공해야 합니다.

The Service is primarily intended for business and professional users (B2B). You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or connecting via OAuth.

4. 서비스 이용 (Use of the Service)

  1. 이용자는 서비스 내에서 제공되는 기능(캠페인 생성, 이메일 발송, 분석 등)을 관련 법령 및 본 약관에 따라 사용해야 합니다.
  2. 이용자는 스팸, 불법 마케팅, 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 행위 등 부적절한 용도로 서비스를 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

You may use the Service to create and manage outbound sales campaigns, send emails, and review analytics in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not use the Service for spam, unlawful marketing, or any activity that infringes the rights of third parties.

5. 제3자 서비스 연동 (Third-Party Services)

  1. 서비스는 Google 계정(Gmail 등) 및 기타 외부 서비스와 연동될 수 있습니다.
  2. 해당 연동을 통해 접근되는 데이터는 각 서비스 제공자의 정책과 본 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google (Gmail). Any data accessed through such integrations will be handled in accordance with the policies of the respective providers and our Privacy Policy.

6. 이용자의 책임 (User Responsibilities)

  1. 이용자는 자신의 계정 및 인증 정보(비밀번호, OAuth 연동 등)를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
  2. 이용자는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 모든 활동에 대한 책임을 부담합니다.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any content you send or upload.

7. 서비스 제공, 변경 및 중단 (Service Provision, Modification, Suspension)

  1. 회사는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 노력하며, 필요 시 서비스의 내용 또는 제공 방식을 변경할 수 있습니다.
  2. 회사는 긴급한 시스템 점검, 보안 이슈, 법적 사유 등이 있는 경우 사전 통지 없이 일부 또는 전체 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.

The Company strives to provide a stable Service but may modify features or operations as needed. The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice in case of urgent maintenance, security issues, or legal requirements.

8. 요금 및 결제 (Fees and Payment)

  1. 서비스는 유료 요금제가 적용될 수 있으며, 구체적인 요금 및 결제 조건은 별도의 페이지 또는 계약을 통해 안내됩니다.
  2. 이용자는 정해진 기한 내에 요금을 납부해야 하며, 미납 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

The Service may be offered under paid plans, with details provided on a separate pricing page or contract. You agree to pay all applicable fees on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

9. 지식재산권 (Intellectual Property)

  1. 서비스 및 이에 포함된 소프트웨어, 디자인, 로고 등은 회사 또는 해당 권리자의 지식재산권에 의해 보호됩니다.
  2. 이용자는 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 복제, 수정, 배포, 리버스 엔지니어링할 수 없습니다.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including software, designs, and logos, are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. 보증의 부인 (Disclaimer)

  1. 회사는 서비스가 항상 중단 없이 제공되거나, 모든 오류가 수정되거나, 특정 목적에 완전히 적합함을 보증하지 않습니다.
  2. 서비스는 "있는 그대로(as is)" 상태로 제공되며, 이용자는 자신의 책임 하에 서비스를 사용합니다.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. 책임의 제한 (Limitation of Liability)

관련 법령이 허용하는 최대한의 범위 내에서, 회사는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 간접적, 우발적, 특별 또는 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

12. 계약 해지 및 계정 종료 (Termination)

  1. 이용자는 언제든지 계정 삭제를 요청함으로써 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.
  2. 회사는 이용자가 본 약관 또는 관련 법령을 위반한 경우, 사전 통지 후 또는 긴급한 경우 즉시 계정을 제한 또는 해지할 수 있습니다.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by closing your account. The Company may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws, with or without prior notice depending on the urgency.

13. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

  1. 본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.
  2. 회사와 이용자 간 분쟁이 발생하는 경우, 상호 협의를 우선으로 하며, 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 관할 법원은 회사의 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원으로 합니다.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business.
